How it works
FAQ
Yes, pick-up/drop-off times are between 8am-8pm, unless the sitter approves a time outside that range.
Absolutely. It is a requirement to set up a meet and greet where you can bring your dog to the sitter's home. This allows you to see where they will be staying and ensure compatibility with any other dogs present. Safety is our top priority.
Yes, we offer a pet taxi service for an additional charge based on the time required. Please have your pet's belongings ready before we arrive.
The cost is $60/night for 1 dog, $20/night for the 2nd dog, and puppies (under 6 months) are $70/night. If you have 3 dogs, please contact us for special accommodations. Costs are based on a 24-hour time frame, and there may be additional charges for exceeding 28 hours.
We welcome all sizes and breeds, but it depends on the sitter's preference and any restrictions imposed by their community. Please let us know your specific needs, and we will find the perfect pet sitter for you.
While the sitter may not be home all day, your dog will receive ample attention. Most of our sitters work from home or have part-time jobs. They will ensure your pet gets the necessary care, and regular visits or walks are included in the service.
For non-holiday reservations, a full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00 pm five (5) days before the service begins (minus a $15.00 cancellation fee). Cancellation within 24 hours or failure to cancel will result in a charge for the first seven (7) days.
We currently serve Pinellas County, including St. Pete, Gulfport, Treasure Island, Seminole, and more. Minimum visit requirements vary, and we request at least 24 hours notice for visit requests to ensure proper scheduling with your pet sitter.
