If you book a session and want to cancel, it must be 16 hours in advance to avoid a hold charge. If the weather calls for rain or snow during your appointment, this window is waived. We will reach out to you prior to your session to see if you wish to proceed or reschedule.
Once you have booked your session and parked your car prior to it, all you need to do is drop your keys off with the concierge of your building. It is that easy!
Yes you can. Just reach out to CustomerSupport@mobile utocleanllc.com and we will help you put your own package together.
We document the exterior of your car, the drive to the service area, the service, and the return to the building uncut. Should you request, we can make this available for you. This provides you with the security that your car was driven directly from point A to B and back to A in a respectful, secure, and direct manner. Your key is then immediately returned to the concierge until pickup.
