We offer transportation services to LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), LGB (Long Beach Airport), BUR (Burbank Airport), and SNA (John Wayne Airport).
Yes, we do provide car seats, free of charge. If you need a car seat, you must request it when making the reservation.
We encourage, but do not require, making a reservation at least 24 hours before the service. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance.
Yes, we do accept last-minute reservations based on our schedule. Last-minute reservations are considered less than 12 hours prior to the service.
For any service, we require at least 12 hours prior notice for a full refund. Any cancellation after 12 hours and 4 hours before the service, we issue credit for future service. Any cancellation within 4 hours before the service is considered non-refundable.
Pets are allowed in our vehicles, provided you bring a carrier for your pet. We must be notified when making the reservation. Only small pets up to 15 pounds are allowed in the passenger lap.
Yes, we track flight arrivals. If your flight is earlier or delayed, we will adjust our schedule accordingly. If your flight is cancelled, you need to let us know as soon as possible to reschedule your service for a later time or the next day. Failure to do so will be considered a non-show.
We offer two types of airport pick-up:Meet and Greet service: Our chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area, inside the terminal, with a name sign.Curbside Pick-up: Our chauffeur will pick you up at the curb outside the terminal when you are ready to be picked up.
